Tetzloff, who was fatally injured when struck by the auto of defendant Chester Pearson, driven by the defendant Dean v. Pearson. The case was tried before Joseph J. Moriarty, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $5,170.50 returned for plaintiff. From an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendants appealed.
